These Baked Brie Crostini with Figs and Pistachios are so, unbelievably addicting – you won’t be able to stop at just one! They’re the perfect party appetizer for any occasion or time of year.
I love hosting friends and family at our apartment, and I’m constantly testing out new party appetizers on my guests. Fresh bread and cheese is pretty much always a crowd pleaser, and lately I’ve enjoyed making little crostini in different flavor combinations. These Baked Brie Crostini with Figs and Pistachios are my new favorite appetizer recipe.
Have you ever tried fig jam? I keep a jar of it in my fridge at all times because it tastes absolutely delicious with cheese…any cheese, really! I typically place a jar of it on my cheese plates at parties, and inevitably, a large portion of it disappears by the end of the night. My guests love it! I buy Dalmatia® Fig Spread from Whole Foods, but you can find it at most grocery stores in the cheese section.
The savory, melty brie pairs SO well with the sweet figs on these crostini. You. Will. Love. Them.
I am warning you now: make plenty of these Baked Brie Crostini, because they will be devoured. In fact, make sure you set some aside for yourself. Or just inhale a couple before your guests arrive? I won’t blame you…I do it every time. 😉
