This Curried Yogurt Dip tastes delicious with sweet potato chips, and it only requires three ingredients. Healthy and easy!
I never crave salty things. My cravings come in the form of chocolate chip cookies, ooey-gooey brownies, and anything chocolate-peanut butter.
Travis is the opposite. He craves chips. Lately, he’s been buying a different type of chip each week, and for the past month we’ve both been hooked on sweet potato chips. I never thought I could be so in love with a salty snack, but these are addicting (I think it is because they are a little bit sweet).
You can thank a big bag of Trader Joe’s Sweet Potato chips for inspiring this Curried Yogurt Dip recipe.
The Curried Yogurt Dip requires only three ingredients, so it is very easy to throw together. I think it is a delicious and unique way to change up your typical chips and dip.
Travis and I ate this Curried Yogurt Dip without any guilt because it is completely healthy! I recommend serving it with Way Better, Trader Joe’s, or Terra Sweet Potato Chips – they all have clean ingredients and taste delicious.

Oh what an interesting idea. I don’t usually use curry-things but I’m going to have to try this. Anything sweet-potato-related and I’m in 🙂

I hope you like it! I know curry isn’t for everyone, but I thought this was a really good combo.

I love TJ’s sweet potato chips. I never thought about creating a dip for them – what a great idea!

Thanks, Eva! It is a seriously yummy combo!

No nonsense ingredients–as a scholar of children’s nonsense literature, I love that formulation 😉 I don’t usually crave salty either, but this looks like a great combo!

Thanks, Ala! I can’t wait to make your Peanut Butter Lara Bars!

I am a huge fan of sweet potato chips. And I am currently working on yoghurt recipes including labneh. I wonder if a curried labneh dip would work. This looks yum.
Rachel (littlechefbigappetite)
Ooh, I am curious, too! If you happen to try it with labneh, please let me know how it turns out!
