This Spicy Mango Salsa is the perfect recipe for a summer barbecue! Eat it with tortilla chips or as a topping to white fish, such as mahi mahi.

1large mango,diced into 1/4 inch cubes
1/2cupred bell pepper,diced
1-2Tablespoonslime juice,to taste
1/8teaspooneach salt and pepper
In a medium bowl combine the mango, bell pepper, red onion, cilantro, jalapeno and 1 Tablespoon of lime juice. Stir in the salt and pepper. Taste, and add additional lime juice, salt or pepper as needed.
Chill for 15 minutes to let the flavors come together before serving.
