These Dark Chocolate Covered Strawberries are incredibly easy to make and only require two ingredients! They're the ultimate romantic dessert, plus they're gluten-free and vegan!
Wash the strawberries and thoroughly dry them with a paper towel. The chocolate won't stick to the strawberries if they are wet. Put the strawberries aside.
Using a double boiler (or see blog post for alternative), melt the chocolate until it's smooth and velvety, stirring constantly. Immediately remove the chocolate from the double boiler.
Pick the strawberries up by their stems and dip them in the melted chocolate, twisting as you remove them to ensure the chocolate coats all sides. Place the dipped strawberries on a large plate lined with wax paper. Allow the strawberries to cool and harden for 30 minutes. Store in the refrigerator.
